These were my second pair as the first pair lasted a year or so before one side stopped working

Tip as pictured the speakers sound be facing the blue side inside the headband and not the black side as it will sound more muffled and some will see this as a default with the product

I had problems trying to pair the sleep headphones with my mobile and i contacted cozy phones directly

My partner has also said he cannot hear any sounds from the headphones when i use them but again i am listening to quiet relaxing music and podcasts so not sure if it would be the same if you had a loud action film on or something

I have just bought another because although they do he job for me the first ones suffered the common fate of all earphones the wire broke at the plug
