Customer service is top notch. This one fits the bill in all my specific categories. Awesome pillow and awesome company.

Filling is lumpy and clumpy and those clumps don't stick to each other. When you squeeze the pillow, they separate and you end up just grabbing nothing but pillowcase. The shredded memory foam, shifts and clumps.

It flatten out in only minutes and made my beck hurt so bad that i got alnist no sleep at all. In the morning had neck pain and headache. Ended up with stiff neck every night.

This pillow wasn't working for me just due to the off-gassing. When my pillow starting getting holes near the seam and shredded memory foam i tried contacting the company. It explains why they only warranty it money back for the first 90days/3months.

It fluffed up great, however it still stinks every time i move the pillow. If you try to reshape and fluff up 9 months later, the pillow is half the size it originally was. They know after that time frame it never can be reshaped to original form.
