It's so comfy! I have it setup in my office in front of the tv and it's perfect for tv and gaming, even with a laptop and not just consoles. It's more comfortable than the couch for those nights that you simply snore too loud.

The cover is amazing it feels like suede! The basic cover is a very sturdy material. The memory foam is great at supporting my weight.

The cozy bean bag chair is very lumpy, lopsided. Either there’s not enough foam, or the foam is too soft and “fluffy”. The parts that did not move to the sides of the bag are uncomfortable because they are lumpy.

It's impossible to repack and return this garbage. That’s where the disappointment started. Returning it has been an absolute nightmare.

Even though i have emailed them the pilot waybill, tracking number with proof of delivery countless times, they refuse to accept that and issue a return. I'm pretty close to stopping ordering things online because it's such a gamble.

This is not at all accurate. It’s nothing like the picture. Nothing like people on the pics. At all. Zero support. Update weeks later.
