All i did was take out the stuffing bag and put it in the cover halfway then i started trying to pull apart the stuffing through the stuffings bag and then zipped it up and continued pulling it apart and kicking and flipping it

Also for size it doesn’t stick out as far as i measured length wise 6ft so it doesn’t seem as big when no one is using it
