Pros

I have to monitor the battery temperature to make sure the batteries don't get too warm! Heats thru shoes.

The mat is soft and pliable with no signs of cracking. The thickness provides a measure of cushioning for standing on a concrete floor. Worth every penny.

I work from home and was going to spend thousands to have radiant heat installed to alleviate my pain, but bought this mat to see how it would help first. It gets very warm.

We have cold, snowy winters where i live. I have moderate frostbite for the last 12 years. I'm still using it now during summer, as the cold air-conditioning tends to sink to the basement.

Cons

One or more of the heating wires is probably broken. It's just current running through a wire! The on indicator light still illuminates, but no heat from the mat, which makes me think the heating element simply fails.

This is all rubber the cord is attached there are no controls just an onoff switch in the power cord
