Pros

I was skeptic about whether it will put out enough heat, i'm glad i was wrong!

As my feet warms so does the rest of my body. I leave a couple tennis balls on it which then heat up too and make great rolling massagers. I'm still using it now during summer, as the cold air-conditioning tends to sink to the basement.

The mat is soft and pliable with no signs of cracking. It's still durable. The only drawback i see is the light smell of rubber when on hot mode.

Cons

First complaint was the placement of the power inlet. The on indicator light still illuminates, but no heat from the mat, which makes me think the heating element simply fails. One or more of the heating wires is probably broken.

Very disappointed with the durability. Only way to get around it is to rotate it so you stand on either side. Good quality but antiquated product.

This unit was plugged into an outlet at work and stayed stationary since middecember and was actually turned on only three or four times

Price

For the price it is an excellent value and has made a huge difference in my personal comfort while working at my desk

But the price isnt bad and they dont use a lot of electricity
