Soft but firm mattress. Height is a bit more than stated but mattress compresses a little with time so it is fine. After a lot of research, i choose this mattress and it didn't disappoint.
Very good quality as described by seller. Seller is very cordial. Price is 30-50% less than some of it's more popular competitors.
Seller personally taking care of every customer is praiseworthy. From customisation of size to quality of mattress as well as delivery. Best part is that they called to confirm the size of the mattress and customized it to fit our bed.
Customer service is very supportive and you can customize as per your requirement. Be it communication, be it clarification or product quality, all are top notch. They know to build goodwill.
