Update 102217 i was contacted by the customer service to try a new speaker entirely at no cost i find that to be excellent customer service by a company and i truly appreciate that therefore i am raising my rating from 1 star to 3stars just for the excellent service i got i am yet to receive the item and i will update my review on the new item as soon as i get it

Got it at as a complimentary gift for buying the wireless headphones but this is such a pain in the ass runs out of charge very quickly and always has got an irritating beep sound even after fully charging

Normally i wouldnt take a free item like this because of the price it was before it was free to me however i figured id give it a chance based on the reviews
