The umbrella fits thru a hole drilled in the metal reflector so that it will swivel along with the reflector

However you cannot use it with the oblong bulbs supplied because the bulbs are too long

It seems like the light bulb consistency is a bit off and they arent really that bright esp with the shootthrough umbrella on them

    I use one with the umbrella pointed directly at my subject then the other without an umbrella pointed up at the ceiling bouncing the light back down

    The lights are halogen and do an amazing job of providing a warm bright image to the video which just wasnt possible before no matter what we did with various lights household to try and compensate for
