Pros

Handheld sprayer has plenty of water pressure and hose length to rinse off the whole shower. The cord is long and more flexible then most handheld shower heads at this price point.

It is easy to drill and install and built simple to last.

The manifold and holder is sturdy, has good articulation and holds the unit where you want it. The swivel ball bracket is metal instead of plastic.

Cons

The ring collar that fastens the cord to the base is to shallow for the threading inside to grab on. The massage function is nothing more than a concentrated stream of water.

The advertising says 'brushed nickel'- its not its brushed nickel color. Returned it to amazon. Very disappointed and will be returning them.

Simple and easy to install i’ve bought a second one for my new home because my first one gave me no problems for almost 2 years

Quality materials easy installation with no leaks and good pressure after i took out the flow restrict

Light but flimsy and im not willing to trade quality for light weight

The problem with most showerheads etc is their clogging from minerals

I rarely rate a product on amazon and even more rarely award 5 stars this is an excellent product especially for the price

Im happy with it and the price was attractive too

This may be the best 21 i have ever spent on amazon

Not to mention the fact that im not gonna spend 80 on whats basically a stick with holes in it

Packaging/appearance

Had to use old attachment because as packaged this is to be installed as a single head

Them including the small roll of plumbers tape was a nice touch

Competitiveness

The water pressure is great better than the moen with the water restricte removed

And costs a lot less than name brands
