Pros

Strongest flow is great for massaging sore muscles. Easy to switch the type of water flow. Doesn't interfere with my sprite water filter. Gmp is the best you're going to get, and it's this showerhead.

The full spray with a heavier inside spray is fabulous. It is very slightly heavier than a regular size shower head but not enough that it's a problem.

Brushed nickel face 6 spray setting shower head with high pressure, brass swivel ball mount and extra long flexible stainless steel hose. It has a wide and strong pressure. It is brushed nickel.

No leaks, no issues. Not a single leak or drip of water when hand tightened. Easy installation and no problems or leakage.

Cons

The shower head handle is too big to fit into the holder. Even more importantly, it produces a very strong plastic smell when water goes through it. Don't waste your money.
