Country life methyl b12 is the magic bullet for me - it eliminates my low-b12 symptoms and makes me feel great. Raised my b12 levels. Next to solgar and enzymatic therapy. I get sores on my tongue when my b 12 is low.
Allows you to place one under your tongue and allow it to dissolve. Designed to dissolve and absorb, without triggering excessive salivation or chewing. Methylcobalamin/ 5000mcg is also not always easy to find.

And so in searching for a sublingual b12 only two criteria present themselves as necessary in my case it must be methylcobalamin which does not metabolize into anything dangerous or toxic which could harm my liver or kidneys and it must be neither too sweet nor sour in the least nor overly flavored in any way that could trigger my horrible chewing

So ive tried all available products including storespecific brands from brickandmortar establishments and have found the following1 nearly every product that is labeled as sublingual fails to dissolve in a reasonable amount of time
