I like the overall physicality of these pills and the fact that there is a 6-month supply in the bottle. For me 2 a day and no more constipation issues any more. Stopped my legs cramps at night too.

Citrate and oxide are not chelates! Magnesium oxide has laxative effects and is not nearly as bioavailable as chelated magnesium. Oxide is cheap and ineffective for supplementation and is only good as a laxative.
