Pros

It literally gives smoothie textures and smell if you are a smoothie drinker. This supplement is a powerhouse of nutrients.

Cons

After using half a scoop the first day, had the same results. Item is not returnable. Prop 65 warning.

This tastes overpoweringly like beets. The taste of berry is almost as if the mixture just -thought- of berries, and while present, is faint. It taste and smells like beet and is very grainy.

To me it 100% tastes like dirt. It’s like a fruit got mashed in a pile of dirt and tossed around. Not gritty per say, but thick and leaves a * after taste.

Core ingredient is oat fiber, which is not bad for you, but it's the refuse from processing oats for food.

I can feel the natural boost in energy i’ve even been able to forego my daily coffee for days it has made my bms more regular

I bought the berry flavor and found it a bit thick tasting but when i thought to split the scoop to only half at a time it worked very well

What i hope will be improved in time is the packaging

Less expensive than the top brand by almost half and seems to be working for her in multiple areas

I was hesitant to purchase because the last product i bought different brand was awful and i ended up throwing it away

I bought these after comparing them to the ag 1 greens

It is cheaper than others like it and has good racing but disappointed as why it is haf full
