Pros
It's a little pricey, but it includes 2 aaa batteries that you need. Easy to use (vry intuitive) and is quite accurate. We had been suggested to use a visual timer for meals a number of times, and had tried a few on the ipad etc.
It’s small and unobtrusive. I wish you could make this one even quieter. The best thing is that you don't have to turn them off - they stop ringing by themselves.
Cons
Main arm seems to have broke internally in a way that cannot be repaired after minimal use. Too expensive for its lousy performance.

The instructions say to make sure you dont wind it back past 0 counterclockwise because you could break the mechanism so ive got to be careful to keep it away from my kids hands because you know thats the first thing theyll do theres no way to lock the center dial that you use to wind even when not in use
