The fit they fit really well in my ears i like the ear hooks worried that they would be hard plastic like an old pair of sony wired earbuds i had but they are pliable rubber molded hooks that go on easily dont dig into the back of your ears and feel comfortable you hardly notice them other than your earphones stay put

The controls the controls are similar to most other earphones in this category press and hold the power button nicely located on the side of the right earbud to turn onoff or put into pairing mode

These are as practical as you’d need for a workout never fall out my ear and the buds fit perfectly enough to cancel surrounding noise in the gym
