The cf-v12hb provides a strong and steady airflow. Very quiet and plenty of air flow. Moves a ton of air, looks good.
Works flawlessly running 24/7. Still working just as well, and as quietly as day 1.

Coupled with a good fan controller or motherboard monitoring if you get the pwm version the only sounds are a slight whoosh of air

However every single fan ive used that had higher or equal cfm also was an order of magnitude louder or more mainly from motor noise
