Pros
Was easy to assemble, it looks great and very comfortable to sit on.
The fact that you can displace and rotate the arms in so many planes is very pleasing. The head rest is well placed, the faux leather looks real, and the orange is very nice looking.
Cons
Cougar doesn't support their own warranty. Few months go by and the frame cracked.
The chair's x-axis is off by about 3-5 degrees, which is quite annoying because it's noticeably tilted when i sit on it. There is a lever you pull to lean back --- after two years of usage, the teeth wear out the locking of the chair leaning back.

I got it on sale for about 220cad and its extremely comfortable
Great chair for the price solid frame
You are not going to get something below 500 that can top this chair
Buddy says its comfier than his 400 chair i also tried his and agree

Easy to put together and delivered quickly
It said it will be shipped within 12 months
34 product shipped within a couple of days but this item took more than a week for shipping
Being christmas time though shipping took a while as i had to return the old one before they would reship the new one

I would recommend it for anyone who doesnt want to spend titan labs or dx racer money on a 34gaming34 chair

Unfortunately its pvc leather so the under part of my thighs got so hot i had to change shorts constantly to see which worked for the chair
