Pros
Arrived neatly folded and wrinkle free. Came packaged with a cloth, button-closure band to keep them neatly stacked. Throw them in the washer and dryer with no problems.
In short, totally serviceable. Good, generous size. They are stout enough to stand up.
I love how classy, big and useful these napkins are. They are without stains and are softening nicely. This over-sized (20x20) napkin is perfect for both formal and informal dining.
Cons
The size used to be a good 20x20 but now 18 to 17. They wrinkle like nobody's business and are impossible to unwrinkle. They also come out of the dryer terribly wrinkled.
The material is rougher than ideal. The weave is now very coarse. I was going to use them for easter because they had so many pastel colors, now i'm not.
Keep well clear of this scam company. Very disappointed in this and will never buy anything from this company again. Do not recommend.

They do wrinkle but probably could be used without ironing for a rustic look or ironed for a more polished effect

The bad they wrinkle so badly after washing that if i wanted to use them for company id have to get an iron
