The support is by far, the best back support i have ever worn. It restricts bending, (excellent) and allows the wearer to carry out most tasks. I find this helps my posture by supporting my lumbar region.
Excellent quality, fits really well. It seems well made and offers decent support.

The second call it the tension wrap supporting over the first level you can feel the support tense when you tighten it
