It turned out that the bird feeder i had in mind for it is not always in the sun so it wont always operate

When the sun is fully on it it operates continuously but when it is somewhat shady it spurts up sporadically

Works okay bubbles and gurgles more than a flowing fountain but my bird bath is under a tree so it doesnt get a lot of sun

Im not sure why it is called submersible mine floats which is okay since my bird bath is a rough cement bottom so the suction cups cant contact smoothly
