Three capsules a day keeps me on my feet. Helped relieve shoulder and hip pain. The capsules are easy to * & the price is alright.

Works great for my dog. He also eats them out of my hand which is nice. My vet recommend the animal version and they worked so well that i called and asked if there was something for humans. This is it and think it is quite helpful.

Cons

If it doesn't start working then i will definitely discontinue and look into prp. The taste is so bad i found the hip pain more tolerable.
