Pros
Easy to setup and install and works perfect so far. These things are much better than the mechanical devices lifting the receiver.
Purchase this for my yealink phone setup with plantronics wireless headset. Works with the 4x series phones and the t28. Easy to install with plantronics headset.
Arrived in a timely fashion and works great. Working exactly as advertised. Worked out of the box beautifully.
Cons
Can not use headsets multi-function button to answer calls.
