Pros

This phone works great, once we recieved the replacement for our original faulty one. This comes from a couple that are very techie and in fact do tech support for a living. This is a pretty cheaply manufactured phone, but it does what it promises.

For me, it's a solid performer and i won't replace it until it dies. It does the work.

I use one for voicemail, one to enable do not disturb. This lets me multitask as i converse with a customer.

Mute button persists between handset, headset, and speakerphone. It even has a seperate button to answer using the head set. Hands free calling with the headset or with the speakerphone feature.

Cons

The phone has no messaging system built in. The speakerphone seems to mute itself. Not all telecoms support the phone. Still no difference after having used four different headsets from plantranic.

Im less than satisfied with the sound quality on both the handset and the speaker but for what i paid i cant complain
