Pros

Used to have this antique in our old queens, ny apt. It's retro and we love it!

It has a volume control on the handle, and is easy to adjust. The sound clarity is excellent. My only recommendation is that the cord be longer.

Nostalgic ringer makes me think of the old days when things were simpler. Really like the old fashioned bell ringing sound.

Cons

Cortelco phone hangs up easily without coming off the hook. Phone line wire is too short and not molded correctly. Poor sound quality and the ringer bell is not very loud.

The telephone, as sold, is a useless piece of junk! For my sake, i am glad it was a low priced item. Got a refund.
