Nice quiet power supply i didnt need anything this powerful but the price was right
The only clue this is a refurb is the box

The unit came in corsairbranded packaging looked brand new and came with all of the modular cables that youd get with a new one

I was a little nervous about buying a refurb psu but wow what a steal a platinumcertified unit for 80
No problems at all came with everything stock and paid less than half of the normal price

It boasts a zero rpm fan when not under load and is really quiet though on single rail in a hot room itll make an audible hum

People normally say not to cheap out on the psu to which i agree as you leave all of your parts at the discretion of its capability

Theres only a small number of flawed units and identifiable defects so 80 for a modular platinum psu sporting a single rail setting makes this an easy choice

I never hear the fan it has almost every power wire i wanted wanted kne that was just a single 6 pin for my gpu had to settle for a double 62 pin and tuck most of it
