Coromega helps me keep my cholesterol levels well within levels recommended.
One way to get epa and dha fatty acids while avoiding mercury in fish. I use this as an alternative to fish oil capsules, which left me with that “fishy” flavor all day.
Cons
Yeah, is tasty and burp-less, but no effect on health. The aftertaste is horrible! It's like you doused some fish in orange juice and made it into a goo.
This is based on a study of emulsified fish oil, not this product specifically. Hard to believe there's the amount of omega-3 fatty acids (650mg) per serving that is advertised on box.
