It does a great job on my engineered wood floors. I have hardwood, tile and carpet. Only negative is that it really seems to love cleaning under my sofa and near the walls even more than the high traffic area.

It does its corner and random zigzag cleaning ok. If the floors are extra dirty (after a muddy rainy day) i still have to do a quick sweep of the house beforehand. Needless to say, if i don't sweep and vaccuum daily it becomes a problem.

I am consistently surprised at the amount of gunk this little guy picks up. The dustbin is large and very easy to clean out. It amazes me how much it picks up!

It's quiet and powerful both in suction and traction. Transitions from floor to rugs wonderfully.

No copyright or trademark symbols on any of the instructions or packaging. Phone number for customer service seems shady. It is still under their warranty but they refuse to help and told me to contact amazon.

He now fails daily, never makes it back to the charger, and needs to be restarted nearly every minute, completely defeating the purpose of letting it work while i'm at work. Takes 6-7 hours to charge.
