Pros
The vacuum eagerly lifts it and all the small dirt up very well. Can easily fit under beds & furniture. Thick rugs is the only thing it sometimes gets stuck on.
The it's worth the money spent. It runs in my house for several hours every day and keeps the hair shedding from my lab under control. Thank you.
Coredy is a huge time saver. The battery lasts a while before it needs to be charged, and it cleans the floor well. My vacuum truly makes my cleaning easy.
The suction power is fantastic. It is significantly quieter even on high suction mode. The only draw back is our home wifi does not meet the 2. Ghz rather than 5ghz).
Cons
Coredy's robot vacuum stops working when it is not plugged in. It can't connect to the alexa app. It won't return to the dock.
The mop function is worthless, minimal suction power. It almost never manages to navigate the 1/4 inch ramp from one room to another. You also aren’t supposed to add any cleaner.

I recently contacted customer service and within minutes they emailed back and provided great info
From the first day we got the vacuum we already saw the value it will add to our daily chores
They promptly sent us a new unit which we received yesterday
If you have any questions the customer service team is so prompt with multiple replies in the same day via email
Packaging/appearance
In the box you get the vacuum the charging station a remote an extra filter and set of side brushes instructions obviously
Competitiveness
I have had 3 different brands and this exceeds all of them
I chose this robot over others because of its features especially the sweep and mop combo
I have had several other brands of robo vacuums and nothing compares to the coredy r750
We have determined that the battery we purchased is not the correct one as it needs to be purchased direct from coredy
