Pros

The perfect size and so soft and easy to freeze. Great way to ice an injury without burning your skin. I suffer from migraines and these are the best ice packs!

Using it underneath a stretchy material or with a strap around it - even under a brace - solves the problem well. I love that it molds to your body easily. Wrapped in flannel so soothing when in use.
