One section is thicker than tje other. The side plumpness is not as much as i'd like tho. Get a smaller siz for ladies.

The cervical pillow company is more concerned about the size of the headspace than they are with the actual piece of pillow that goes under the cervical spine. This pillow is hard as a rock. The pillow is non-returnable.

I was fooled by all the good reviews. However, it was delivered lopsided. I think the craftsmanship is less than expected.
