Pros & Cons
Pros
Fairlife products are lactose-free and perfect for those who cannot tolerate lactose. No artificial sweetener or aftertaste.
The 14 ou size used to be available at many grocery stores but has vanished, along with other fairlife products. It also comes in 42 grams for a mere increase of 40 calories.
Cons
Ounce bottles have more calories and more sugar. Grams of sugar is way too much sugar for me. Just go get a ice cream shake.
