This book is soooo much fun! I feel this is a great book for anybody at any level of making cordials. It's a great cookbook for people to get started with.
Super easy recipes to follow, great for ways to jazz up cheap liqour. Even if you find a recipe not completely to your liking, it provides inspiration on how to modify or adapt to make the liqueur more to your personal taste.
Cons
There are a few good recipes here, but many that rely on flavoring extracts & food coloring. One recipe calls for steeping the peaches, pits and all, in the alcohol. That almond-like scent? Skip this one.
