Comfortable, and breathable, with decent compression. Compared to the knee sleeve, this stays put. I usually wear xl or 2xl in women's and got the xl copper fit sleeves and they fit perfectly.
Works fabulously to help support my elbow in workouts after surgery. Eases the pain in my elbow. My husband claims this is a life saver.

I bought xl because of my biceps felt great on and around my elbows but still dug in around my biceps made them uncomfortable

My chiropractor said it was tendentious and recommended some sort of brace for it but i bought a much heavier thicker fabric with a reinforced elbow patch on it much like what a wrestler or football player would wear
