Got it yesterday and put it to use

I turned this thing on added a tad of butter to the pan and went to the fridge to get out an egg

The subsequent day i put the pan on turned it on high added a spray of olive oil and intentionally had a thawed chicken cutlet next to the pan but not quite ready

The only thing which confused me was i thought induction cookers were not supposed to be hot to the touch after the pan is removed

Dissipated quickly but still you could burn yourself if you dont watch carefully

Update as a year has passed i remain happy with the fast heat and temp of the unit but really dislike the pan
