Copper chef is by far some of the best cookware available. Food cooks well and evenly. It cooks wonderful and browns nicely.

These pans pop and crackle and then bend and warp. It drips orange water after washing. It should be called * chef.

Does what they advertise and seems to be good quality

The pan i recently ordered was damaged in shipping so it was returned.

Food cooks well and evenly on the the stove top or in the oven.

Cookies come off of the sheet sooo easily, it washes off nicely, and i love cooking with this sheet.

After an hour and a half i checked the turkey and the juices had started drying up and burned onto the sheet.

When they first came out, copper chef cookie sheets did not have the black coating.

Got to love everything about copper chef products.
