Pros

My only regret is i didn't purchase a larger one. Volume is great for 4 to 6 servings, and fits between our coffeemaker and toaster. Basket fits about 2 servings.

Only downside is there are a lot of nooks for gunk to get into.

Cons

After unplugging and replugging, it heats but won't turn off. Even after warming up it runs about 10 to 12 degrees cooler. The rubber feet on the basket keep coming off.

The bottom of this machine gets really hot and i have to either use the machine on my glass stove top or on top of a cookie sheet. It got so hot it melted a piece of my countertop.
