It does not come with a memory card this is not a down side just fyi however i had one on had it came charged about 70 id guess so i got to use it right out of the box pretty cool seems to work great motion works and the picture quality is good i really have now here to upload some to prove that but they are pretty good if ya need a cheap cam for something say surveillance bike rides or youtube stuff its super tiny and can record as long as the memory stick you put in there so varys by stick

The video is really clear and the motion detection turns on the camera almost immediately so there is little delay
