It displays the temp immediately after immersion and cleans up easily. Very accurate and durable other than broken two while working.

These are pretty awesome. Yay lifetime warranty. I hope this one lasts longer.

This is the biggest display i found, so no complaints. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality thermometer. All things considered, i prefer this one to my other digital thermometers.

Cons

It has not been abused or, submersed in any way, even though it is supposed to be waterproof! It's just way too big to keep in a chef coat pocket. utterly frustrating to activate the min / max function.
