Pros

May try it in my muffin recipe. We primarily use this to make a dry brine for our thanksgiving turkey and it works great in our dry brine recipe. Per 5 gt bag.

The price is a bit on the high side but on the other hand so are all the other maple sugar products on the market. It is often used in vegan recipes as the sweetener. Also, hard to buy locally.

The butter melts into the sugar and gets nice and gooey. The sugar pieces stay a little crunchy. Lovely, flavorful maple sugar.

Cons

This product is expensive and isnt sugar. Theres some kind of filler in it that turns whatever liquid you put it in into slime.

Maple sugar is such a great strong natural sweetener native to the north east

Dissolves as soon as mixed with liquid

This bag from amazon solved both problems at what seems to be a very reasonable price for this particular product
