You should definitely read the description a queen sized weighted is not the same as a regular queen

It washes very well but be forwarned you need a big washer and it is heavy when wet

The other blanket has ties which always undo and you pretty much have to crawl in there to retie it and the beads are not evenly distributed

The weight is evenly distributed throughout this blanket in a series of small sewnin pockets and the inside is a thick faux shearling finish
