Ive been able to make it through a full shift without issues now that i have this in my life it took maybe 2 minutes to fully setup from opening the cool package to having it strapped on to my chair

First impressions when i first took this out the package was that i wasnt sure if this was a good pick or a bad because as you can see in the pictures provided the butt cushion looked fine but the back cushion looked very disshuffled and it could be to the tightly sealed plastic it was in but again just wasnt sure
