Pros
It makes plenty of ice and is easy to fits nicely on the countertop or table. Makes small or large ice “cups” quickly. I munch on ice, and it helps quench my thirst, without big fluid gains. I love the ice dispenser.
This is perfect for me. Company has great customer feedback. My grandson loves it. My granddaughter loves this.
You get ice really fast. Also it lets you know when it needs water. Keep it away from the sun.
Cons
This product makes the ice fine, however it just melts and so it is continually making ice. Poor design for water-fill, and manuel says to only use water for ice. Water is leaking out of the bottom.

The ice does come out slightly wet which when you put it into a container in the freezer can cause it to stick together
