Pros
The tight spacing and center cross brace make these racks very sturdy. I really like how rack fits perfectly into rimmed baking sheet.
Much easier to load these up than to stand at a stove with the benefit of no grease splatter! Works well with 1/4 sheet pan in breville toaster oven with convection. Got these in a set with half sheet pans and silicone sheets.
Clean-up with all those criss-crossing wires isn't a breeze, but the quality stainless steel finish helps greatly when using a brush. Makes clean up for oven frying so much easier.
Turn my oven on airfry & bam, yummy healthier eating with a crunch. Be sure to spray with pam, olive oil or some other type of cooking oil while using. Keeps it out of the grease and helps it cook up crispy how i like it.
Cons
One side of one support is unwelded and flopping. Came broken from faulty welds. Add is untrue.
