The horizontal wooden bars get on the way of entering and exiting the house which can be a problem if the house is placed high so one needs to strategically place the cat steps to make sure the cat can move in and out safely

The anchors are barely ok but the screws are definitely not proper

Check the screws steps and cat house periodically for loose movement

I also ended up using toggle bolts for the shelf they sit on just to be safe

The drywall anchors it comes with are the same size as the screws and since part of the screw is inside wood it never goes far enough to get far enough into the anchor
