I packed hers then went to pack my sons standard zip up lunch box and hated how with a regular box everything needs to be pre packaged or but in a zip lock not with this fantastic bento

Thats one think you could take into account if the box is for a child perhaps they might need assistance getting in and out the box

Currently both my children use a large multicompartment box but it is rarely full because the bottom section is out of proportion to the top ones and it doesnt shut well so you are limited on what you can put in it
