I do a lot of high-eat cooking, so the regular non-stick pans do not work for me.

I was expecting a stockpot and it while i guess it could be used that way, it really isn't in my opinion.

They become impossible to clean with timei specifically wanted one that could go in the oven and this can because the handles are metal as aposed to plastic.

Now, with that in mind, please understand that the handles do get hon when cooking on the stove but thats the trade off.
