I am not a vegetarian but my husband wont eat pork or beef i dont like chicken or turkey and neither of us like lambmutton which basically leaves us fish shellfish and eggs as proteins

We decided to add in impossible meat to the rotation i honestly didnt know that it doesnt cook like ground meat and my first few attempts to use it were pretty bad
