The jacket does have a zipper on the left side of the chest but it unzips to nothing not ventilation not a pocket just an extra bit of jacket sewn on behind the zipper which seems like it is there only to be able to put a zipper onto the jacke
The jacket is not tight enough to be a midlayer but does not have any of the other features that other running jackets even in this price point have to solidify its position as a toplayer
