I gave it a two because the first two times i wore it was ok burn a little anf then the 3rd time i tried my belly literally was on fire it took me awhile to take it off like i had to put water on it loosen it up so i waited for another two days to try another one and it still burn pretty bad i just threw the rest away and did not wear it again im pretty sure there is other wraps better
